CCOP was built by work ethic and the determination of Pagosa native Ross Lewis. In 1996 Ross wanted to provide a quality service to his home town. With grit and the fundamental belief in doing the right things CCOP has expanded it’s services as well as employment opportunities.
Ross believes in this community and healthy progressions.

Concrete Connection of Pagosa (CCOP) is looking for form setters and finishers. Daily duties include setup and breakdown of forming panels, tying rebar, pouring and finishing concrete, and duties may vary depending on the demand. Experience is helpful but not necessary. We are offering competitive wages determined by skill. Must be able to work in a concrete crew and adaptable on the varies physical demands the job offers.
